How Customers See Your Business Online

Prepared for Ultimate Pizza · 1101 N Pontiac Trl, Walled Lake, MI 48390 October 08, 2026 By Noah Woods · Walled Lake Web Co
Here's the test we ran. When someone looks a business up on Google and it pops right up on the map — website, phone number, ratings, reviews, services, even booking right there — and the owner is responding to their good reviews — that customer knows they'll be in good hands. We looked up Ultimate Pizza through that exact lens. This report shows what your customers see — and what's missing.

Google Business Profile

Section 1 of 4

We ran the 10-second test: searched 'Ultimate Pizza Walled Lake' and 'pizza Walled Lake MI' the way a hungry customer does, on October 8, 2026. Here's what came back.

✗

Nothing in the results belongs to you

Every result on page one is somebody else's property: ultimatepizzachickenmenu.com, stadium-pizza-chicken.edan.io, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Slice, Grubhub, TikTok. There is no page in that list you can edit, price, or control.

Your Website

Section 2 of 4

This is the part that should worry you most. You don't have a website — so the internet made one for you, and it has the wrong phone number on it.

✗

Website exists

You own no website. There is no ultimatepizzawalledlake.com. Verified by live search on October 8, 2026.

✗

A page you don't control is acting as your front door

ultimatepizzachickenmenu.com is the top result for your own name. We loaded it. It is marketing copy written about you by a third party — 'Partnered with Slice since 2021' — carrying your address and your name in the title.

✗

That page lists a phone number that is not yours

We read its page source on October 8, 2026. Its tappable call button is tel:2484531485 — (248) 453-1485 — and that number appears six times on the page. Your number, (248) 926-0266, is the one Yelp and Grubhub list. Customers tapping 'call' from the top Google result for your restaurant are not reaching your phone.

!

Loads fast / looks right on a phone

Not scorable — there is no site of yours to test. The third-party page loads fine, which is exactly the problem.

Reviews & Reputation

Section 3 of 4

Your reviews are genuinely good. They are also scattered across five platforms you don't own, and they disagree with each other.

✓

Your ratings are strong where it counts

Slice: 4.9 from 168 reviews. DoorDash: 4.5 from 50. Facebook: 4.8 from 32, with 96% recommending. All as listed in live search results, October 8, 2026. People like your food.

✗

But the number a customer sees depends on where they land

Same restaurant, same week: Slice 4.9 (168), DoorDash 4.5 (50), Yelp 4.0 (22), Grubhub 3.8 (89). A customer who lands on Grubhub sees a 3.8 pizzeria. One who lands on Slice sees a 4.9 one. You have no page of your own carrying the good number.

How Your Competitors Look in the Same Search

Section 4 of 4

The same 'pizza Walled Lake' search puts you next to these two. Both checked live October 8, 2026.

Dolly's Pizza — Walled Lake

  • Owns its domain: dollyspizzawalledlake.com — loads live, HTTP 200 verified
  • Leads with its own story: 'Celebrating 60 years of the finest crust'
  • Yelp 4.1 from 35 reviews; DoorDash 4.8 with 4,000+ ratings (search results, Oct 2026)
  • They control their own front door; you don't

Jet's Pizza — 1126 N Pontiac Trl

  • Same road as you, a few doors down
  • Full branded store page on jetspizza.com — loads live, HTTP 200 verified
  • Ordering, hours and address all on a page they control
  • Yelp shows them at just 3.0 from 25 reviews — your 4.9 on Slice beats them on quality and still loses the search

What we'd fix first

  1. {'title': 'Get a website you own, with YOUR phone number on it', 'detail': 'One page, live in 48 hours, on your own domain: menu, hours, address, and a tap-to-call button wired to (248) 926-0266. The moment that exists, the clone page with the wrong number stops being your front door.'}
  2. {'title': 'Deal with the wrong-number page', 'detail': "We can't delete someone else's site, but we can outrank it and submit corrections to the directories feeding it. Step one is having a real page of yours to point at."}
  3. {'title': 'Pull the good reviews onto one page', 'detail': 'Your 4.9 from 168 on Slice deserves to be the first thing a customer sees, not a 3.8 buried on Grubhub.'}
  4. {'title': 'Build out the Google profile and keep it current', 'detail': 'Photos organized, menu listed, hours accurate every week, ordering link pointed where you want it, and review responses drafted for you monthly.'}

Every line above came from loading your actual listings and reading the actual page source on October 8, 2026 — nothing invented. The wrong phone number is the one I'd want you to see today, whether or not you ever hire me. Anything flagged CHECK I'd rather confirm with you than guess at.

Most of what's above gets fixed with a one-page site built around what's already working for you — typically $750–1,500 once, yours outright, or $99 to start + $149/mo if you'd rather I just keep it running and keep your Google profile worked every month. But before any of that, I'd like to actually understand Ultimate Pizza a bit — what's working, what's not, and whether this is even worth your time to fix.
