Here's the test we ran. When someone looks a business up on Google and it pops right up on the map — website, phone number, ratings, reviews, services, even booking right there — and the owner is responding to their good reviews — that customer knows they'll be in good hands. We looked up Thayer's Complete Auto Service through that exact lens. This report shows what your customers see — and what's missing.

We searched for a Thayer's Complete Auto Service website today and found none of your own. thayerauto.com is a parked GoDaddy domain for an unrelated company, not your shop.

No website found anywhere
A direct search today only returns your Google listing and a handful of directory mirrors (auto-usa.org, michigan-pages.com). The closest-matching domain, thayerauto.com, is a parked page for a different business, not Thayer's Complete Auto Service.

What we'd fix first
Get a real site live — At 4.6 stars across 42 reviews with eight years of repeat customers mentioned by name, the fastest win is a simple page with your hours, services, and a tap-to-call button, so you show up next to Detroit Garage and Tuffy instead of only on directory mirrors.
Built by hand from your live listings today, nothing automated, nothing invented.
Most of what's above gets fixed with a one-page site built around what's already working for you — typically $750–1,500 once, yours outright, or $99 to start + $149/mo if you'd rather I just keep it running and keep your Google profile worked every month. But before any of that, I'd like to actually understand Thayer's Complete Auto Service a bit — what's working, what's not, and whether this is even worth your time to fix.
